Your Living Flame

When was the last time
you felt radically alive?

There was a time when passion fueled you. When your eyes held fire. When you walked into a room and the room felt it.

You built something extraordinary. But somewhere along the way — through the compromises, the disappointments, the carrying of things that were never yours to carry — the flame dimmed.

Not all at once. Slowly. The doubt loop began to run. The exhaustion became normal. And the face in the mirror started to tell a story that doesn't match who you know yourself to be.

The flame didn't go out.
It's waiting.

What happened to you is real — not imagined, not a character flaw, and not simply "aging." It is biological, emotional, and mental. Research accounts for why it happened. And there is a path back.

Not through more effort. Not through another protocol. Not by trying harder at the thing that exhausted you in the first place.

But by releasing what was never yours to carry — and remembering what was always yours to feel.

Woman's Wisdom, Earned in the Crucible of Life

My name is Kristin van Tilburg. I've spent nearly fifty years in the territory where consciousness meets biology — studying what dims the human flame and learning what fans it back to life.

My own fire went dim. I walked the path back. And what I carry now is more than expertise. It's the kind of knowing that only comes from having been in the crucible yourself and returning with something much more valuable to offer.

I work with accomplished women who've built extraordinary lives — and are longing to feel radically alive again.
